to make this program to run faster?

On my computer, it takes a few minutes to loading the
shortcuts when the program starts. Is there a way to make
it faster?
A.
You can click the Options button and clear the "Read icons
when loading shortcuts" checkbox, and then click the OK
button. Next time when you start this program or use Refresh
button, the program will not display icons of shortcuts,
but it will be much faster.
Why
the program only searches the shortcuts on the desktop
or in the Start menu?

I found the program only searches the shortcuts on the
desktop or in the Start menu. Why it doesn't search other
folders?
A.
Shortcut keys work only for shortcuts on the desktop or
in the Start menu hierarchy. If the shortcut is not on
the desktop or in the Start menu hierarchy, you cannot
use its shortcut key to start the assigned program. Event
when you use a shortcut key to start a program on the
Quick Launch toolbar, Windows will ignore your hotkey
setting.

to sort shortcuts alphabetically?

Is there an option to sort shortcuts ALPHABETICALLY, I
have so many, and it is too difficult to find the one
I need when they are not alphabetically listed?

You can click the Object column header to sort shortcuts
alphabetically.
